CBAYEXPRESS CORPORATION is a Canadian-based e-commerce company selling across Amazon (US, CA, MX, UK, EU, AU, SG, IN, UAE), Walmart, Shopify (Herbishh.com, BisonBody.com), eBay, and other marketplaces.

With CAD $15M+ annual revenue and 40+ employees across India, Canada, and the Philippines, we are scaling towards CAD $30M+ in global sales.

We are building a central data & analytics function to unify decision-making across marketplaces, D2C, finance, and operations.

Role Overview

The Data & Analytics Manager will own all data reporting and insights for CBAYEXPRESS. They will build dashboards, unify data across multiple platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Ads, Finance, Inventory), and provide actionable insights to leadership.

This role ensures that our decisions are data-driven, not gut-driven, and will support scaling from $15M → $30M+ revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dashboard & Reporting

• Build and maintain centralized dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Automate data pipelines from Amazon Seller Central, Helium10, Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Walmart, and Finance systems.
• Provide weekly/monthly performance reports for leadership.

2. KPI Management

• Define and track company-wide KPIs:
• Amazon: TACOS, ACOS, organic vs paid sales, profitability.
• D2C: Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, CAC, repeat purchase rate.
• Inventory: Sell-through rate, weeks of cover, stock-outs.
• Finance: Gross margin, SKU-level profitability, overhead impact.
• Build department scorecards for Amazon, Marketing, Inventory, Finance.

3. Insights & Decision Support

• Identify profitable vs unprofitable SKUs at a global level.
• Support budget allocation (ads, inventory, marketing).
• Forecast sales for peak events (Prime Day, BFCM, holiday season).
• Work with COO to enforce data-driven accountability across managers.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Finance to align financial reporting.
• Work with Amazon Global PM & Brand Managers on product-level insights.
• Support Marketing with attribution and campaign analysis.
• Assist Inventory with demand forecasting.

Requirements

• 3–6 years experience in data analytics / business intelligence.
• Strong in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Amazon + Shopify data is a must.
• Familiarity with Helium10, JungleScout, or similar tools.
• Comfortable with financial modeling and P&L analysis.
• Strong communication skills — can translate data into clear business recommendations.

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience with mid-size e-commerce brands ($10M+ revenue).
• Knowledge of attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros).
• Understanding of inventory planning & supply chain analytics.
• Exposure to cosmetics / beauty / CPG categories.
