Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business functions through the development and maintenance of MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI or Google Looker. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of finance and accounting, combined with hands-on data analytics skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI or Google Looker
Extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources (ERP systems, databases, Excel files)
Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Develop automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes
Collaborate with finance, operations, and other teams to understand reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports
Assist in performance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Qualifications:

Educational Background (any one of the following):

CMA Inter / CA Inter + Certificate or Diploma in Data Analytics
MBA (Finance) / M.Com + Certification in Data Analytics

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI or Google Looker
Strong command of MS Excel (Advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.)
Understanding of SQL for data extraction (preferred)
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles is a plus
