Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team at Sitapura Second Zone. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to production, sales, purchase, and inventory to support management in making data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from production, purchase, sales, and inventory systems.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
• Track departmental KPIs and highlight key insights or variances.
• Support forecasting for production planning and inventory control.
• Design and maintain dashboards using MS Excel or Power BI.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Commerce, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in jewellery or manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Formulas).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Google Sheets, or ERP systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of jewellery manufacturing, costing, and stock management.
• Knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.08 per month
