We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Global Order Centre team in the Spare Parts & Lubes division. The Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Domestic and Export Order Management processes by analyzing data, tracking order performance, and optimizing supply chain operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights that enhance order accuracy, delivery performance, and overall customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management Support: • Assist in analyzing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability for domestic and export orders. • Support the coordination of supply chain activities to meet order demand while minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills: • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). • Familiarity with order management and supply chain processes, including inventory control, logistics, and fulfillment. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power Bl) for creating reports and dashboards. Analytical Thinking: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights. • Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot trends, inefficiencies, and risks in the order process. Communication: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on order-related priorities. Project Management: • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in spare parts and lubes order management. • Familiarity with international trade, export documentation, and customs regulations. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
