Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with advanced analytical capabilities, including predictive analysis, to provide actionable insights that influence business strategies and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to effectively support cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers from Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify data needs and provide strategic analytical support.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and validation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
• Develop and implement predictive models to forecast trends, sales, and operational performance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
• Conduct advanced exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and opportunities for optimization.
• Deliver timely ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to diverse stakeholders.
• Uphold data governance standards and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical/machine learning tools (e. g., Python, R) for predictive modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing, sales, and operations data analytics is preferred.
