Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst – Sales Support. The role involves analyzing sales data, preparing reports, supporting sales teams with actionable insights, and enabling management to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze sales and customer data from multiple sources (CRM, internal MIS, Excel, etc.).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports and dashboards.

Track key sales metrics including leads, conversions, disbursements, and portfolio performance.

Support sales teams with territory-wise/product-wise data to identify growth opportunities.

Provide data-backed insights for sales strategy, campaign effectiveness, and product performance.

Assist in target setting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Collaborate with sales managers, credit, and operations teams for smooth information flow.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of MIS reports to management.

Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, macros preferred).

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) is an advantage.

Good knowledge of sales processes in NBFC/BFSI domain.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work under tight timelines with attention to detail.
