What You’ll Do Analyze and Optimize: Dive into product data to identify trends, drive customer segmentation, and improve retention strategies. Enhance Efficiency: Leverage insights to optimize costs and improve operational workflows. Design Dashboards: Create and maintain intuitive dashboards using tools like Tableau, Superset, or Power BI to empower stakeholders. Build Data Infrastructure: Develop and manage ETL pipelines and data warehousing solutions for seamless data flow and accessibility. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights. Leverage Technology: Use advanced SQL, Python, Excel, and GPT-based tools to enhance workflows and reporting capabilities. Communicate Insights: Present findings to stakeholders and drive data-informed decision-making. Who You Are Experienced Analyst: 2-5 years of experience in product analytics with a track record of solving complex problems. Technically Proficient: Expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel, with experience in ETL processes and dashboarding tools (Tableau, Superset, or Power BI). Analytical Thinker: Strong skills in customer segmentation, retention analysis, and cost optimization. Collaborative Communicator: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Startup Ready: Prior experience in startups and familiarity with GPT tools are highly desirable. Self-Starter: You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
