Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled Data Analyst – Excel & Reporting Specialist who excels in using Microsoft Excel and other data tools to generate clear, accurate, and insightful reports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analysing daily, weekly, and monthly data, creating performance reports, designing charts, and finding innovative ways to present data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables, charts, macros) to manage and analyse large datasets.

· Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports with clear visual representations such as graphs, dashboards, and trend analysis.

· Develop innovative ways to extract, format, and present data that enhances decision-making and operational efficiency.

· Maintain and update internal databases and spreadsheets accurately and consistently.

· Ensure timely and high-quality submission of performance and operational reports.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports as required.

· Identify data trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement through in-depth analysis.

· Perform data extraction from various sources and ensure data integrity and accuracy.

· Recommend and implement process improvements for data management and reporting workflows.

Requirements:

· Proven expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization techniques.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Experience in preparing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, analytical mindset.

· Familiarity with data extraction tools and methods.

· Experience in creating dashboards and performance metrics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

· Experience with tools like Power BI, Google Sheets, or Tableau is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of database systems or SQL is a plus.
