Data Analyst

We’re Hiring: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.

Dashboard Development

• Design, build, and enhance dashboards to visualize KPIs and track progress against goals.
• Deliver regular reports to business stakeholders across functions.

Data Quality Assurance

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of data through quality checks.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Communication & Collaboration

• Present data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with teams to align analytics efforts with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

✅ 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

✅ Strong skills in data visualization (Power BI preferred).

✅ Hands-on experience with data analysis/manipulation tools (Alteryx preferred, Python, R, SQL).

✅ Experience with Salesforce.

✅ Familiarity with ERP systems and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax).

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
