Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to interpret complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in data visualization tools, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Generate insights and present findings to management for business improvement.
• Work with IT and business teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
• Maintain and optimize databases, queries, and data pipelines.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Automate recurring reports and implement process improvements.
• Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and report automation.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning.
• Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹218,932.28 - ₹1,017,108.22 per year
