In this role you will


  • Collect, clean, and analyse influencer campaign data from multiple sources (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Business Suite, affiliate dashboards, and third-party tools).
  • Develop dashboards and automated reports to track campaign KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, audience demographics, and ROI.
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns.
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Build predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting through QA checks and best practices.


You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is a big plus).
  • Experience with visualization tools such as

    Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio/Looker

    .
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools like

    Upfluence, Traackr, CreatorIQ, AspireIQ, HypeAuditor

    , or similar.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS).
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
