Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst (Fresher) who is passionate about data, analytics, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have strong analytical thinking, and be comfortable working with datasets to drive insights. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various internal and external sources. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making. Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and automated reporting systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements. Ensure accuracy, data integrity, and consistent formatting in all deliverables. Support ad-hoc analysis and data-related queries as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation. Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Basic understanding of Python or R is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
