Job Title: Data Analyst – Digital Performance & Campaign Tracking Location: Sector 70, Noida About Menoveda Life Sciences Menoveda is a women’s health & wellness brand focused on creating innovative, science-backed solutions for midlife and menopause care. We’re a fast-growing D2C company, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences across digital platforms. Role Overview We are looking for a Data Analyst – Digital Performance & Data Management to manage, monitor, and analyze our marketing, sales, and customer funnel data. The ideal candidate will track campaign effectiveness, maintain dashboards, oversee customer data sheets, and derive actionable insights to support growth. This role also involves executing broadcast messages via tools like QuickReply and managing performance reports across platforms (Meta, Google, Amazon, Shopify). Key Responsibilities 1️⃣Dashboards & Reporting ● Maintain and update dashboards for Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and Shopify metrics (Ad Spend, CTR, Revenue, Orders, New vs Repeat Customers, etc.). ● Monitor customer funnel sheets (Quiz, Verifast, VVA, Abandoned Cart, LOD) and ensure accuracy of data. ● Present weekly/monthly reports on ad performance, sales trends, and customer behavior. 2️⃣Data Analysis & Insights ● Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. ● Provide insights for campaign optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. ● Support management in decision-making through data-driven recommendations. 3️⃣Digital Campaign Support ● Coordinate and execute WhatsApp and other broadcast campaigns using platforms like QuickReply, Interakt, or similar. ● Assist marketing team in tracking campaign ROI and engagement metrics. ● Maintain logs of broadcast activities and responses. 4️⃣Amazon & Website Management ● Monitor Amazon inventory, inbound/outbound shipments, and warehouse reconciliation. ● Check website performance, traffic, and session data; escalate errors or bugs to the technical team. Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related field. ● Atleast 2 years of experience in data analysis, digital marketing analytics, or e-commerce performance tracking (D2C preferred). ● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts). ● Hands-on experience with: ○ Google Analytics, Google Ads & Meta Ads dashboards ○ Shopify Analytics ○ Amazon Seller Central & Ads ○ WhatsApp broadcast tools (QuickReply, Interakt, etc.) ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. ● Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights clearly. Key Attributes ● Data-driven mindset with curiosity to explore trends and patterns. ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Comfortable multitasking across analytics, operations, and campaign support.
