Role Description

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, operations).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to track key business KPIs.
• Generate actionable insights to optimize campaigns, improve customer experience, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to understand data requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to drive growth for D2C business channels.
• Present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with D2C brands or e-commerce companies.
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (preferred).
• Experience with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
