Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities

1. Collect and consolidate data from various departments and production lines for analysis.
   
2. Analyze data to identify patterns, correlations, bottlenecks, and root causes of inefficiencies, and provide insights for management decision-making.
   
3. Apply statistical tools and techniques to evaluate machine performance metrics, production schedules, and operational efficiency.
   
4. Create visual dashboards, charts, and reports to present findings clearly to management and stakeholders.
   
5. Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization.
   
6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct reviews, and support the plant head with data-driven insights and follow-ups.
