Data Analyst

Job Description: As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in tracking and analyzing the performance of our B2C products — Practina, CoolCredit, and Lendee. You will be responsible for monitoring deployed features, analyzing user adoption and journey, and providing actionable insights to drive product growth. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional who can guide the team on what to measure, how to track it, and translate data into decisions that impact product success.

Responsibilities:-

• Track feature adoption and performance across B2C products (Practina, CoolCredit, and Lendee).
• Define and implement tracking plans for user journeys, feature usage, and KPIs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from product databases (MySQL) and analytics platforms.
• Develop clear dashboards and reports to provide timely insights to product and leadership teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and drop-offs in user journeys, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct cohort, funnel, and retention analysis to understand user behavior and feature effectiveness.
• Support A/B testing, experiments, and product releases with data-driven insights.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize feature improvements based on usage trends.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable way for stakeholders.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product/data analytics, preferably with SaaS or B2C products.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MySQL required) for database queries.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently and provide actionable insights without heavy supervision.
• Good understanding of KPIs around product adoption, feature usage, and retention.
• Strong communication skills to translate data findings into simple, actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills:-

• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and product experimentation.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python/R) for deeper data analysis.
• Exposure to CRM or product managment tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
