Job Description

As a Data/Information Management Analyst 2 in the People Analytics & Insights team, your primary focus will be on reporting, data management, adhoc analysis, stakeholder management, project management, and dashboard creation. You will utilize your specialty area knowledge to monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data to offer actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to comprehend reporting needs and deliver effective data solutions will be a crucial aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner. - Partner with the PAI team internally to understand reporting requirements and provide data solutions. - Handle sensitive data with utmost care, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards. - Conduct dashboard validations in Tableau and collaborate with the PAI Data Science team. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes. - Create and update clear documentation for reporting processes and data definitions. - Acquire a thorough understanding of existing Tableau dashboards/products. - Lead internal projects and offer advisory support to clients from a data perspective. - Perform ad-hoc analysis, share insights, and propose solutions to address business challenges. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling data in a corporate setting; experience in HR Data & Reporting is advantageous. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate data insights effectively. - Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau; familiarity with SharePoint site is a bonus. - Keen attention to detail and comfort working with extensive datasets and multiple data sources. - Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative and work independently. - Strong data analysis capabilities to identify trends, derive actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making. - Experience in managing senior stakeholders and influencing at leadership levels.
