Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data/Information Mgt Analyst 2 at Citi, you will be a key member of the People Analytics & Insights (PAI) team within the Human Resource Department. Your primary focus will be on reporting, data management, adhoc analysis, stakeholder management, project management, and dashboard creation. You will play a crucial role in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision making. Key Responsibilities: - Perform various data activities such as data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management. - Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports with accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. - Partner with internal PAI team members to understand reporting needs and provide effective data solutions. - Ensure compliance with internal processes, such as following SOPs for report preparation and updating internal trackers. - Collaborate with the PAI Data Science team to validate and test HR dashboards in Tableau for accuracy, usability, and business relevance. - Focus on continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and improve the overall reporting experience. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis, share insights, and provide recommendations to solve business problems. Qualifications: - Minimum 8-12 years of experience in handling data in a corporate environment, with HR Data & Reporting experience as a plus. - Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights clearly. - Working knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau or SharePoint is advantageous. - Attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets and multiple data sources. - Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently. - Proficient in data analysis skills to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision making. - Experience in managing senior stakeholders to influence, align priorities, and drive consensus at leadership levels. Education: - Minimum Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
