D365 Functional Project Manager

Job Description:
Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled D365 Functional Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure the successful deployment of D365 solutions.  

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage D365 implementation projects from initiation to completion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Design functional specifications and facilitate solution design in D365 to meet business needs. - Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. - Provide continuous communication with stakeholders, offering updates on project status and addressing any issues or changes. - Implement best practices and methodologies for project management and D365 implementations. - Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users. - Support post-implementation activities, including system optimization and troubleshooting. Skills and Tools Required: - Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), specifically in functional areas such as finance, supply chain, and project management. - Proven project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. - Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar software. - Experience in conducting user training and creating training materials. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
