Job Title: D365 F&O SCM Consultant

Location: Any Location in India

Job Type: Full-time

Reports to: Service Delivery Manager


Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O SCM Consultant with a strong background in retail

• Design, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to retail business

• Regular status meeting with Line managers and other client stakeholders. Primary Role & Responsibilities: Deliverable

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. • Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.

• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).

• Ensure seamless integration between D365 ERP, POS, and WMS to support retail operations.

• Provide functional leadership and guidance to support teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a functional advisor to retail clients, providing insights and recommendations on D365 capabilities and best practices.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Personal

• Methodical and conscientious Confidential TCS Internal Use Only Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge: (Must-Have)

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 in Supply Chain & Management.

• Proven experience with D365 modules (Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, WMS, Master Planning).

• Deep understanding of supply chain processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, demand planning etc.)

• Specific experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in working in multi-stakeholders, including 3rd Party team.

• Flexible with the ability to deliver under high pressure.

• Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive.

• A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.

• Excellent communicator, influencing skills

• Able to communicate with all levels of management and peers within and outside of the organization Key Skills/Knowledge: (Good to have)

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Familiarity with LCS

• Knowledge of ISVs or add-ons for supply chain
