Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: D365 F&O SCM Support & Resolution : Provide expert-level functional support for D365 F&O, troubleshooting complex issues across SCM, Advanced Warehousing, Manufacturing, Product Lifecycle Management, and Dual Write. CR Design and Testing : Lead the design, configuration, and testing of Change Requests (CRs) within D365 F&O, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are robustly implemented. Release & Deployment Management : Maintain the D365 F&O release calendar and meticulously plan and execute system deployments, ensuring alignment with organizational timelines and minimal disruption. System Updates & Upgrades : Proactively manage and drive the process of keeping the D365 F&O environment updated to the latest versions, including planning, testing, and execution of service updates. Team Leadership & Mentorship : Drive and facilitate internal team meetings to discuss support issues, project statuses, and knowledge sharing. Actively groom and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and expertise in D365 F&O. Cross-System Support : Provide functional and technical support to team members working on legacy Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 systems, facilitating knowledge transfer and transition where applicable. Integration Oversight : Understand and troubleshoot complex integration points between D365 F&O and other systems, ensuring data flow and system interoperability. Compliance & External Activities : Participate in internal and external audit activities, provide necessary documentation, and engage with external stakeholders as required to ensure system compliance and governance.
