Job Summary:

We are looking for an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Finance modules, working closely with business users to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare functional specifications.

Configure Oracle Finance modules: AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets.

Perform gap analysis and recommend process/system improvements.

Support end-to-end Oracle Finance implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.

Coordinate data migration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and deployment.

Provide user training and post-go-live support.

Maintain functional documentation and ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years as Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance modules and business processes.

Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, and ERP best practices.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
