Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and work with business users for process improvements on EBS and Fusion Cloud.

Contribute to Oracle Financials implementations (EBS & Fusion Cloud) including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to design scalable solutions aligned with finance processes.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.

Guide junior consultants and provide functional expertise in critical project phases.

Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and assess impacts on existing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

810 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.

Strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS Financials) not less than 4 years

Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Experience across multiple modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, ChRM

Proven exposure to full lifecycle implementations and support projects.

Solid working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.

Ability to gather requirements, perform solution design, and configure systems independently.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in R12 upgrades and/or Fusion Cloud migration projects.

Ability to work in Agile delivery models.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Oracle Financials certifications (EBS/Fusion Cloud) preferred.
