Job Summary:

Looking for a Salesforce Architect with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, Agent Force, and hands-on development experience with LWC and Apex. The role involves designing, implementing, and guiding Salesforce solutions across business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud, and Agent Force.

Hands-on development using LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Apex.

Lead integration projects with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for solution design, implementation, and deployment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce governance, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong focus on architectural design and hands-on development.

Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Data Cloud, and Agent Force.

Strong hands-on skills in LWC and Apex development.

Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migrations, and cloud implementations.

Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
