Job Summary:

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with expertise in CPQ, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integration, and Agent Force. The consultant will work closely with business teams to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions that streamline sales and service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent Force solutions.

Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and perform customizations.

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.

Conduct requirement analysis, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.

Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Create documentation, conduct training, and provide ongoing user support.

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, LWC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agent Force.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).

Experience with configuration, workflows, process builder, and custom objects.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
