We’re creating a new brand with a unique story & are looking for a team to help us grow our business. You’d be joining a young, hungry team with a culture of honesty, humility, & hard work.
The Online Store Head will be responsible for overseeing the app and web ecommerce platforms for Kapiva, driving D2C revenue through conversion and AOV initiatives, while ensuring seamless user experiences
Support the revenue charter through conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives, with a continuous experiment mindset
Implement cross-sell and upsell strategies to improve AOV, leveraging customer data and behavioural insights
Liaise with product and design teams to drive customer delight across touchpoints
Identify the key features to be developed on App based on consumer Insights and company objectives
Own the store merchandising, including search and navigation content, display banners, category and product description pages and campaign communications
Personalize store layout and content based on user leveraging past purchase history to drive relevance
Keep the store up to date with new launches and updates in coordination with marketing and tech teams
Own the pricing and offer configuration and communication during BaU and campaign days, ensuring pricing guardrails are met at all times
Total 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce / D2C / other ConsumerTech, with a minimum 2 years in product marketing / operations, store merchandising, CRO specialist teams or other related fields.
