Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven D2C Marketing Manager who has successfully scaled website revenue for high-growth brands and has hands-on expertise across paid acquisition, retention, and performance marketing. This role requires strong people management, ownership of P&L-level metrics, and experience running campaigns across international markets (UK/EU) with a solid understanding of GDPR compliance.


Responsibilities


  • Own complete website revenue growth and profitability metrics.
  • Drive revenue scaling through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Build and execute performance marketing strategies focused on ROAS optimization and sustainable CAC.
  • Own creative strategy for paid media, including messaging frameworks, hooks, offers, and creative angles.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives based on performance insights.
  • Lead structured creative testing across formats, concepts, audiences, and funnels to improve CTR and CVR.
  • Own email marketing and retention revenue using Klaviyo.
  • Drive LTV growth and repeat revenue through lifecycle automation and segmentation.
  • Lead CRO initiatives including landing page optimization, funnel analysis, and checkout performance improvements.
  • Use data to identify website drop-offs, conversion bottlenecks, and revenue leakage.
  • Manage attribution, tracking, and analytics across paid and owned channels.
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets aligned to revenue forecasting and ROI targets.
  • Scale marketing efforts across UK, Europe, and other international markets.
  • Ensure adherence to GDPR, consent management, and international data privacy regulations.
  • Drive continuous experimentation across creatives, offers, funnels, and audience cohorts.


Qualification


  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in D2C / E-commerce performance marketing with direct ownership of website revenue.
  • Minimum 3+ years of people management experience, managing cross functional teams across performance marketing, creative, and retention functions.
  • Proven experience leading high-budget paid media accounts with accountability for ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, and ROI at scale.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling website revenue across growth stages, from early scale to sustained profitability.
  • Strong leadership experience in defining growth roadmaps, quarterly revenue plans, and marketing forecasts.
  • Advanced understanding of performance marketing systems, attribution models, and data driven decision frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead creative strategy for paid acquisition, including hypothesis-driven creative testing and performance feedback loops.
  • Solid understanding of CRO methodologies, funnel optimization, landing page performance, and conversion analytics.
  • Hands-on experience driving growth across UK, Europe, or other international markets with localized performance strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of GDPR, consent management platforms, and international data privacy compliance.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams on revenue, margin, and growth strategy.
  • Ability to operate in high-accountability, revenue-first environments with minimal supervision.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with execution depth across acquisition, retention, and monetization.
