Job Description

1CRM system
Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, including ensuring it
integrated with other business systems and that customer data is managed effectively.

2Customer experience
Collaborating with teams across the business to improve the customer experience, including
developing and enhancing customizations, optimizations, and best practices.

3Sales and marketing
Taking care of monthly target sales numbers deliveries and working closely with marketing to
create opportunities to enhance the CRM platform and its integrated systems, and to develop
marketing techniques to drive new customers.

4Customer service
Training customer service teams on the CRM software and working with them to ensure the
CRM is being used to optimize customer value.

5Customer data
Collecting and analyzing customer data, and using the CRM system to manage relationships.

6Customer needs
Developing new ways to meet customers, needs, and suggesting new methods to address
them.

7Workflows
Building workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes, and dynamizing existing
workflows and strategies.

8Marketing metrics
Tracking marketing metrics and trends, and conducting market research to follow trends and
competition.

9Retention campaigns
Creating and executing retention campaigns to deliver increased purchase frequency and value.

10Digital campaigns
Planning, managing, and negotiating multiple digital campaigns with third parties where
necessary.

11Other Responsibilities
Auditing calls for agents and develop a proper feedback mechanism.
Designed Training Plan as per Quality Audit findings and ensured execution as per timelines Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control process.
Digitalization and Automation to build efficiency and reduce workload.
Business Intelligence Inputs and Value Addition for Process Improvement.
Standardize SOPs basis client deliverables and implementation.
Setting up goals and objectives for team.
Motivating team and taking informative quick decision.
Creating and defining risks contingencies and plans.
Implementation of QC tools for various types of analysis.
Preparing Business review decks for monthly and quarterly analysis.
Week on week review with Agents on Quality Scores to find the gap and bridge them.
