We’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Sales Executive to drive growth for our CaaS and Managed Security offerings. The ideal candidate understands how to translate cybersecurity needs into business value and can confidently sell to founders, CTOs, CISOs, and compliance heads.
This role requires experience in B2B sales, SaaS or IT services, and a clear understanding of how modern organizations approach risk management, compliance, and cloud security.
• Drive end-to-end cybersecurity service sales from lead generation to closing.
• Manage the full cycle for offerings including CaaS, vulnerability management, SOC, compliance audits, and managed detection and response (MDR).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal security and technical teams on scoping and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline targets.
• Represent Ascella in meetings, presentations, and online industry forums.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT consulting.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA), and risk governance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven record of closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
• Prior experience selling to enterprise or mid-market clients.
• Exposure to managed services, MSSP models, or compliance automation platforms.
• Background in or understanding of healthcare, BFSI, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
