Role Overview:

The ISO 27001 Lead Auditor will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting Information Security Management System (ISMS) audits in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 standards. The role demands a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in auditing, risk assessment, and compliance, ensuring clients’ adherence to international security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, lead, and conduct ISO 27001 certification and surveillance audits for clients.
Evaluate ISMS policies, procedures, and controls against ISO 27001 requirements.
Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports with clear findings and improvement recommendations.
Assist clients in maintaining compliance and continual improvement of ISMS.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements.
Provide training and awareness sessions on ISO 27001 requirements when required.
Stay updated with evolving information security standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (mandatory).
3–5 years of experience in conducting ISO 27001 audits and assessments.
Strong knowledge of information security risk management, controls, and governance frameworks.
Excellent understanding of ISMS documentation, implementation, and continual improvement.
Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
