Job Summary As a Cyber Security Specialist you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the integrity of our systems. With a focus on PowerShell you will develop and implement security measures that protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a secure environment for our operations enhancing the companys resilience against cyber risks. Responsibilities Develop and implement security protocols to protect digital assets from unauthorized access and cyber threats. Monitor network traffic and system activities to identify potential security breaches and respond promptly. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of system design and implementation. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate security tasks and streamline processes. Provide guidance and support to team members on security best practices and compliance requirements. Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to enhance the companys security posture. Analyze security incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity of systems. Work closely with stakeholders to understand security needs and develop tailored solutions. Prepare detailed reports on security findings and present them to management for informed decision-making. Contribute to the development of security policies and procedures to strengthen organizational security. Engage in continuous learning to expand knowledge and skills in cybersecurity. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for security automation. Have a solid understanding of network security protocols and practices. Demonstrate experience in conducting security audits and assessments. Show proficiency in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities. Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements. Display ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Present excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in cybersecurity contexts.
