About the Role

Cyber Security Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and referrals
  • Understand customer security challenges and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions
  • Sell solutions including:
  • Endpoint Security (AV, EDR, XDR)
  • SIEM / SOC services
  • Firewall & Network Security
  • Cloud Security (AWS / Azure)
  • VAPT and Compliance services (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS)
  • Conduct discovery calls, coordinate demos/POCs with pre-sales teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM data and sales pipeline
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, BCA, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    B2B IT Sales / Cyber Security / SaaS / Cloud sales

  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts:
  • Firewalls, Antivirus, EDR, SIEM, SOC
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Experience handling proposals and commercial discussions

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience selling cybersecurity products or MSSP/SOC services
  • Familiarity with vendors like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Sophos, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, RBI/NBFC, PCI-DSS)
  • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month
  • Incentives: 5%–10% commission on closed deals
  • Performance-based quarterly bonuses
  • Learning & growth opportunities in a fast-growing cyber security domain
