About the Role

The ideal candidate will proactively safeguard digital assets, lead critical incident responses, and strengthen our overall security architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Security Strategy & Governance

• Develop comprehensive cybersecurity policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance checks, and internal audits (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Contribute to building the cybersecurity roadmap and long-term architecture.

Threat Detection & Incident Response

• Lead threat monitoring via SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK).
• Manage incident triage, containment, forensic analysis, remediation, and RCA.
• Implement threat intelligence–based proactive security measures.

Vulnerability & Risk Management

• Conduct VA/PT for applications, networks, and cloud environments.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on business impact and ensure timely mitigation.
• Track emerging cyber threats, zero-day exploits, and attack vectors.

Infrastructure & Cloud Security

• Secure cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, DLP, EDR/XDR, encryption.
• Establish secure baselines, patching policies, and monitoring controls.

Security Awareness & Collaboration

• Mentor cybersecurity analysts and junior team members.
• Conduct internal security awareness training and phishing simulations.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, Legal, and Compliance teams to enforce security best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10 years of enterprise cybersecurity experience.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks:

  NIST, ISO 27001, CIS controls

• Hands-on experience with:

• SIEM:

  Splunk, QRadar, ELK

• EDR/XDR

• Firewalls, IDS/IPS

• IAM, DLP

• VA/PT tools

  (Nessus, Burp Suite, Qualys, etc.)
• Experience in incident response, cloud security, and penetration testing.
• Scripting knowledge (Python / PowerShell / Bash) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, Cyber Security, or IT.
