Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced

Cyber Security Engineer

to design, implement, and maintain advanced security solutions to protect our digital infrastructure, cloud environments, and data assets. The ideal candidate willhave deep expertise in

threat management, incident response, network and cloud security, and vulnerability assessment

. This is a remote position requiring strong technical leadership, analytical skills, and the ability towork collaboratively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy security architectures, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and endpoint protection systems.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis across on-premise and cloud environments.
Manage and monitor SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, ELK) to detect, analyze, and respond to security threats.
Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) and Zero Trust security frameworks.
Lead incident response efforts and develop procedures for security breaches or data loss events.
Collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to integrate security into CI/CD and cloud workflows (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI-DSS.
Conduct security awareness training and create policies, procedures, and documentation.
Stay up to date with evolving cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering, infrastructure security, or information assurance.
Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and DLP solutions.
Strong understanding of network protocols, encryption, authentication, and security monitoring.
Hands-on experience with cloud security controls in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Scripting and automation skills using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Familiarity with forensics, malware analysis, and threat intelligence.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
