Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job specifications.
Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
Source and screen candidates using databases, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and networking.
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring teams.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT or Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
