US IT Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to understand IT staffing needs and job specifications.
• Write and post technical job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source and screen candidates using databases, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and networking.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring teams.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT or Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies (Java, Python, Cloud, Data, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
