About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Cybersecurity Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will monitor threats, implement security controls, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security events, alerts, and logs across SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other tools.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
• Manage endpoint security solutions (AV/EDR), firewalls, and access control systems.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and generate reports.
• Maintain and update security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Implement best practices for identity and access management (IAM).
• Conduct regular patching, configuration hardening, and compliance checks.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint security tools.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration and cloud security best practices.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys, etc.).
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS).
• Ability to analyze logs and respond to security incidents effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Certifications preferred: Security+, CEH, CySA+, CCNA Security, or similar.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT security or system administration.
