SUMMARY Opening for International customer support role in a top leading MNC Mumbai!!! About The Client- Our Client is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Job Description - Graduate/ Undergraduate with min 2 years and above exp can apply Work Timing - Rotational shift & Night shift Mode - Work From Office Job Location - Mumbai Vikhroli (Candidates applying should be staying in Mumbai city.....pick & drop facility would be available) Eligibility - Excellent in English Communication is must. Nature - Contract 6 months (While this is a Contract role, the possibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end) Requirements Need Excellent communication skills. Good Knowledge in Customer Handling. Candidate needs to be ok with rotational shift and Night shift. Immediate joiner would be preferred. Exp Salary - CTC 40000 upto monthly + Other. (depends on last CTC and experience) Shift- Day shift & Rotational shift Notice period: Immediate joiners or max 10 days notice Qualification - Graduate/ Undergraduate with min 2years and above exp can apply Experience: 2 years to 5 years experience in International Voice process, Voice process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound process, US/UK/Aus Process Can Apply Benefits Laptop and other assets will be provided by company P.F+ E.S.I + Others facility. Company will give both way cab facility.
