Job Description

Eon Infotech Limited is looking for Customer Support Technician to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Provide first-line technical support to customers, resolving inquiries and technical issues.
Track, document, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Analyze customer support trends to identify common problems and propose solutions.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve product functionality and usability.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the support database.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features and updates.

Installation, Troubleshooting Maintenance of Electronic/ Electrical items like DTH, Cellular Base Stations, Vehicle electronics etc
