Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer interactions across email and calls for our e-commerce brand, Wonder Goods. The role requires excellent communication skills, a calm approach to problem-solving, and the ability to take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via email and phone in a professional and empathetic manner
• Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to close issues promptly
• Take ownership of problems and drive resolutions independently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Ensure polite, patient, and solution-oriented communication at all times
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong email writing and response skills
• Fluent in

  Hindi and English

  (both mandatory)
• Calm, empathetic, and confident while handling customers
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset
