Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, identifying customers" needs and providing appropriate solutions, maintaining accurate records of all conversations in our database, achieving personal and team targets, engaging in sales through cold calling (both outbound and inbound), and regularly interacting with US clients. We welcome applications from freshers who exhibit the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong organizational skills to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, function effectively as a team player, demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills, and show a willingness to learn quickly to identify new opportunities with initiative, diligence, and attention to detail. The salary range for this position is between 20k to 40k based on your experience and performance during the interview. The job is located in Panchkula and operates from Monday to Friday.
