Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service by handling client interactions, resolving inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction. You will need to coordinate with internal departments, maintain accurate records, and support the smooth execution of customer-related operations within the branch. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely resolutions to issues. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication. - Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and documentation for reporting and follow-up purposes. - Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate effective service delivery and resolve customer concerns efficiently. - Support the onboarding process for new clients by providing necessary information and assistance. - Assist in tracking and reporting customer service metrics to improve service quality and performance. - Help plan and coordinate customer-focused meetings, feedback sessions, and follow-ups. - Manage communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to ensure prompt customer engagement. - Ensure all customer service activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. - Foster a customer-centric culture and support a collaborative work environment within the team. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.
