Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support cum Business Closing Executive. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and play an active role in closing sales deals. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service-related questions.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert inquiries into successful business deals.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or offers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction and sales closures.
• Handle post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
