Job Title: Customer Service Executive - Domestic Voice Process

Job Location: Ameerpet

You are expected to accurately understand the customer's problems, follow established procedures to resolve them, and communicate effectively.

You will be dealing with customers from all over India, and we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service, which is why we seek the best professionals in the industry.

Required Skills:

1. Languages: Fluent in 1. English, Telugu and Hindi

2. Typing Speed: Minimum 25 WPM.

3. Education: Any (10+2, Diploma, Degree); BE/B.Tech & PG are not eligible (unless they have BPO exp)

4. Experience:

o Freshers with 0-11 months experience.

o BPO experience only will be considered for candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

5. Other Requirements: Must be able to travel independently; no transportation allowance provided. Relieving letters & payslips are mandatory for experienced candidates.

 Freshers: 2.2 LPA CTC – Fixed CTC Non-Negotiable

 Experience (1-2 yrs): 2.25 LPA CTC – Fixed CTC Non-Negotiable
