What You'll Do

• Lead customer support initiatives for US-based enterprise and SMB clients
• Handle complex technical queries and provide advanced troubleshooting
• Train and mentor junior team members and interns
• Develop support processes and documentation to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve product issues

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS/technology/healthcare companies (Any Graduate - preferably from BSc Pharma, BSc,Biotech)
• Passion for working with a high-performing team that drives results
• Expert-level English communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction metrics
• Comfortable working night shifts to support US time zones
