Job Title: US Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Location

: Noida

: US Rotational (247)

Working Days:

5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)

Joining

: 1st Week of December

: Both-Side Cabs Provided

We are hiring US Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) for an international BPO. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer queries for US clients, ensuring excellent resolution with high customer satisfaction.

This role is open for freshers & experienced candidates, with a minimum 6 months of Voice Process experience preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US process.

Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure first-call resolution.

Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer empathy on every interaction.

Document customer interactions in the CRM with complete accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support – Voice (international or domestic).

Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Typing speed of 35 WPM minimum.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass.

Age: Up to 40 years.

Excellent English communication (both verbal & written).

Comfortable working in US 247 rotational shifts.

Immediate joiners only (Notice Period: 0 days).
