Customer Support Specialist NVOCC Location: Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to manage customer coordination, documentation, and shipment handling for our NVOCC operations. The role involves communicating with clients, shipping lines, ports, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely movement of containers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and shipment updates. Coordinate with operations, documentation, and overseas agents. Process BL instructions, draft approvals, and shipment documentation. Track shipments and provide real-time updates on movements, delays, and ETAs. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and invoice discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of bookings and communication. Requirements: Graduate in Logistics, Commerce, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in NVOCC / Shipping Line / Freight Forwarding (preferred). Strong knowledge of export/import procedures, BL processes, and INCOTERMS. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in MS Office; ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
