Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can manage customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth support experience. The candidate must have strong English communication skills—both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Provide accurate information and support to customers
• Log issues and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Follow up with customers until issue closure
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication
• Meet daily/weekly support targets

Requirements:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience
• Good English communication (written & verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email drafting)
• Problem-solving attitude and patience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-centric approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
