Customer Support Specialist

About The Role

We are looking for ambitious professionals with excellent communication skills and great attitude for our voice & non-voice consumer support processes. In this role, you will be reporting to the Manager Client Relations & Virtual Sales Growth and will be responsible for implementing and applying an effective, tactical sales strategy to improve customer satisfaction, conversions & revenue. The primary objective is to ensure a seamless and satisfying booking experience for clients & continuous sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to reservations, ensuring a positive client experience
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, inventory, to resolve complex client issues promptly and efficiently
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to maximize revenue and client satisfaction
• Negotiating with customers as and when need be
• Implement growth strategies with a well-defined sales plan, developed in conjunction with the Manager
• Enhancing relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue
• Ensure conversion of group sales leads with proactive sales approach of qualifying, quoting ongoing negotiations leading to finalisation of the bookings
• Ensure customer enquiry emails & calls are handled within stipulated turn-around-time without compromising the quality of response

Attributes Required

• Excellent written & speaking communication skills (English language)
• Great attitude & flexibility to work in any shifts
• 2+ years of relevant customer service experience
• Demonstrated ability to create an effective work environment to achieve sales conversion
• Experience within the hospitality or any relationship-based sales business would be an advantage
• Working with international clients is a value-add
