Creative Graphic Designer

About The Role

The ideal candidate will create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media to communicate the right message. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, print/digital posters, presentations, and more. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player with

excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute various web & graphic design tasks as per the client's requirements
2. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media platforms
3. Create compelling and effective logos, posters, brand presentations, and print collaterals
4. Researching and brainstorming creative concepts, styles, and trends with the design & digital team
5. Competition analysis on a regular basis
6. Optimizing web designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile use
7. Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Attributes Required

1. Excellent written & speaking communication skills (English language)
2. Great attitude & flexibility to work in any shifts
3. 1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience
4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & Premiere Pro) & Figma
5. Knowledge of branding, poster design, social media design, and video editing. (handling designs in print and digital platforms)
6. Strong conceptual thinking & typography skills
7. Demonstration of an excellent portfolio of work
