Customer Support Executive / Reservation Consultant (Non-Voice & No Sales Targets)


Position Overview: This a pivotal role, responsible for assisting clients in booking their reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring their booking arrangements are handled smoothly and efficiently. This role demands excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The primary objective is to ensure a seamless and satisfying booking experience for clients. This is a non-voice process (emails), but there is still a high chance that you may need to attend a few calls per day.

- Documentation and Record-Keeping

- Product Knowledge



To qualify for the role, you must have


* Graduation

* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (**Mandatory as majority of the clients are from Australia)

* Able to work outside of normal hours when required

* Experience working with clients from different countries
